We collect what you send us through the form, by phone, text or email, use it to reply and quote, and don't sell it. The site uses cookie-free analytics.
What we collect and why
When you send a form on this site we receive what you typed: name, phone, email, city, the service you're interested in, approximate area, whether dogs use the yard, whether an HOA is involved, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and, if present, the advertising parameters in the link that brought you here. We use this to reply to you and to prepare a quote. We don't sell it.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and copied to our customer management system. Both act on our instructions. Email to our domain is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing.
Phone calls and texts
Our number, (689) 202-3710, is provided by Twilio. Calls may be recorded and voicemails transcribed so we can keep track of project details; the greeting says so before you're connected. If you text us, we keep the conversation. We contact you by phone, text or email only about your request, and only if you ticked the consent box or contacted us first. Reply STOP to any text to end messages.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or fingerprinting and doesn't track you across sites. The site sets no advertising cookies. Your browser's session storage holds the address of the first page you visited so that, if you send a form, we know which page was useful; it's cleared when you close the tab.
Sharing, retention and your choices
We share project details with crew members and subcontractors who need them to do the work, and with service providers named above. We keep quotes and job records for as long as needed for warranty and tax purposes. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@kissimmeeartificialturf.com.
